We capture your situation, where you are and where you want to go. We work on the positive aspects as well as the negative ones. We focus on your motivation and how important it is to achieve your goals, but also what risks are involved. All this by actively listening to you and by analysing the available documents, which I will prepare if necessary.
On the basis of the analyses, we work together in a creative process to develop different possibilities for achieving your goals. I will guide you through this process and provide you with effective tools. We will discuss which tasks you are now doing yourself, what training measures are necessary and what we will have done by myself and/or third parties. On the basis of a good overview, you decide on a route and also look for a plan B.
We regularly review the status quo and the progress made. If there are any discrepancies, we address the causes and take the necessary measures. I will challenge you to your tasks and account for my work. Finally, we celebrate the successes.
